First International Industrial Investment Opportunities Conference in Qatar (16-18 November 2009)

QATAR PETROLEUM, a state-owned corporation assisting the private industrial sector, will organise the 1st International Conference on Industrial Investment Opportunities in Qatar during 16-18 November 2009.

The objective of the Conference is to promote viable investment opportunities based on utilising locally available raw materials and feedstock's in the State of Qatar.

Special emphasis is on new technologies, know-how, market expertise and operational experience to develop small and medium industrial joint ventures in the intermediate and downstream industrial sectors.

The Conference will also clarify all aspects of foreign investments in Qatar and review the complete range of industrial incentives available for foreign investors.

An exhibition will be organised simultaneously for technology and machine suppliers.
