Certification of Export documents

Procedure for the certification of commercial documents addressed to the Arab Countries :

Let certify your documents (invoices and certificates of origin) by your local Chamber of Commerce.

For food products, first of all get a health certificate and let certify it by the relevant services of the Ministry of Health (www.afsca.be) and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For meat products, first of all get a “Hallal Certificate” from the Islamic Center in Brussels (phone : 02.735.21.73).

Let certify the invoices and certificates of origin by our Chamber :
